Description. Cutlet forming machine LA MINERVA C/E 653 1ph
The LA MINERVA C/E 653 1ph cutlet machine has a capacity of 2,200-4,000 cutlets per hour. The machine is filled with minced meat and automatically produces cutlets of the desired weight. It is fast, quiet, reliable, safe, compact, and easy to maintain. Various combinations of ingredients can be used as minced meat: beef, pork or chicken, fish, soy, eggs, cheese, vegetables, spices, biscuit dough. The cutlet machine is designed for small and medium-sized food production facilities, supermarkets, hypermarkets, fast food restaurants, and kitchen factories. Machine parts are made of anodized aluminum and AISI 304 stainless steel; The transparent protective cover of the working area and the viewing window of the hopper are made of shock-resistant plastic; The 22-liter loading hopper is made of AISI 304 stainless steel; Interchangeable rollers with a punch made of food grade polyethylene; The forming cylinder is equipped with two scrapers; The weight of the product is regulated by the stroke of the punch; The double-sided molding drum allows for production of up to 4000 pieces per hour; The loading hopper, scrapers, forming rollers, conveyor and other parts in contact with the product are easily removed and cleaned; Equipped with contactless magnetic microswitches; Electrical elements are placed in a waterproof box (protection class IP 56); The C/E 653 cutlet machine complies with the Council of Europe standards for hygiene and safety.
