The head of the machine is equipped with wings for feeding the cotton wool upward, allowing for large amounts of cotton wool to be wound and shaped into flower-shaped forms. A catcher prevents sugar from splashing outward. In 2017, the device was upgraded and the following improvements were made: To increase the flow of cotton wool vertically upwards, the number of wings was increased from 3 to 4. The heating element's power has been increased, allowing for the sugar to be heated and melted, taking into account the increased vortex flow from the wings. Smooth regulation of the device's heating allows you to set the required head temperature and performance. This device, unlike Chinese ones, operates much more reliably. The head is spring-loaded, eliminating imbalance and bearing failure, which is common in Chinese devices.
