Description. Airhot CF-2 Cotton Candy Machine
The Airhot CF-2 cotton candy maker combines the design and operating method of the USV-4 (it heats up quickly) and the USV-1M (it dispenses the cotton candy upwards, requiring little sugar per serving). However, it is less reliable than its Ukrainian counterparts. A distinctive feature of this model is its belt-driven spray head , ensuring virtually silent and vibration-free operation. Spare belts are included. This model was designed without a power regulator to avoid inaccurate settings and the vulnerability of an additional component. Instead, the manufacturer focused on the head's structure, ensuring high-quality manufacturing so that the device delivers cotton wool evenly, regardless of load. The heating element, integrated into the bottom of the head, also allows for cotton wool to be dispensed within 1.5 to 2 minutes after a cold start. This results in a simple, high-quality device. In 1897, William Morrison and John Wharton invented a cotton candy machine. Since then, it has become accessible to a wider circle of connoisseurs. A distinctive feature of the device is the presence of wings that force the cotton wool upward. Sugar is heated by a special heating element located at the bottom of the head. As a result, the device heats up quickly, and the cotton wool comes out within 1.5-2 minutes of starting the device. The resulting cotton wool has a less dense structure, meaning less sugar is used per serving.

Sugar is poured into the machine's head. When the machine is turned on, the rotating head uses centrifugal force to spray the melted sugar. The resulting fibers are wound onto a stick or placed in a glass.
The cotton wool needs to be made continuously, pouring sugar into the head and winding the thread.
When increasing the sugar consumption per serving of cotton candy, turn off the heating element for a while to cool it to a lower temperature and then turn it back on. This will reduce the sugar consumption per serving and make the cotton candy fluffier.
After 2 hours of continuous operation, the device should be allowed to cool and take a 20-30 minute break. To do this, turn off the heating button and leave the rotation on for another 3-5 minutes. Once the head has cooled, you can turn off the rotation.
