Description. COMPACK X56E front-loading dishwasher
The COMPACK X56E electronic front-loading dishwasher is designed for washing deep and shallow plates, glassware, glasses, trays, and cutlery in canteens, restaurants, and cafes.
All main components, including the wash and rinse arms, are made of AISI304 stainless steel, ensuring a long service life under heavy loads. The housing is double-walled.
A powerful rinse system provides a final sanitization of dishes at 87ºC, using 3 liters of fresh hot water per cassette. At the end of the cycle, perfectly clean dishes dry almost instantly when the cassette is removed from the machine.
A dishwasher not only speeds up the dishwashing process (washing time is 2-4 minutes), it also saves water and energy, extends the life of porcelain and glassware, and takes up little space. Dishwashing is the most hygienic method, as the high temperature of the wash and rinse water disinfects the dishes.
