Main characteristics: Glasses max: 250 mm Basket size: 350 x 350 mm Plates max: 250 Opening height: 260 mm The STEEL TECH 13-00 front-loading dishwasher is designed for washing deep and shallow plates, glassware, glasses, trays, and cutlery in canteens, restaurants, and cafes. All main components, including washing and rinsing arms, are made of AISI304 stainless steel, which ensures a long service life under intensive loads. Compact dishwasher with a 35 x 35 cm basket, the loading opening height is 26 cm, which makes it suitable for washing dishes with a diameter of 25 cm. Practical and easy to use, thanks to electromechanical controls with a single function selection button. The machine is designed with single-wall side panels and a double-wall door to limit heat and noise dissipation when installed in a bar. "NoiseLevel" technology—a redesigned dishwasher with double-walled construction and an anti-vibration housing system—has reduced noise levels by 5%. The dishwasher has two possible wash cycles, which allow for a theoretical throughput of 40 baskets per hour (fast wash cycle) or 30 baskets per hour (standard wash cycle). The machine uses patented "Equaliser" technology, which improves cleaning performance by 10% compared to previous series, while reducing heating element power by 45%. Stainless steel nozzles with smooth jets optimize water flow by 10% and redistribute the detergent. The presence of a filter in the tank increases the level of filtration of contaminants and allows for a large number of cycles without changing the water in the tank. The control system with electronic ThermoStop device ensures rinsing at the required temperature to guarantee the highest level of hygiene. Typically, if the dishwasher is installed on the floor, the drain hole should be in the floor. If the dishwasher is installed on a countertop, the drain hole can be in the wall, but it must be below the bottom of the dishwasher.
**A detergent dispenser is not standard on professional dishwashers. In these cases, detergent is poured directly into the dishwasher chamber in the amounts recommended by the detergent manufacturer.
