    The coal oven is an analogue of the famous Spanish coal grill ovens Josper. The oven is used and highly rated in both the demanding HORECA segment and in steak houses, brasseries, tapas bars, bistro-cafes, and traditional and haute cuisine restaurants. Optimal cooking mode for any food: the high operating temperature in the chamber allows for quick stewing and frying, while avoiding overcooking. Unique flavor: the inimitable, refined taste of food cooked over charcoal; exceptional texture and juiciness of dishes. Speed: Cooking time is 35% shorter than on an open grill. Two in one: oven and grill in one product. Saving coal: 40% less than an open grill. Less open flame: This prevents the food being cooked from drying out or burning. High level of safety: there is no constant direct contact of the cook with fire.     The hood should be installed with a capacity of at least 3000 m3/hour, and of such a size that it covers the stove and the door when open.
    A single load of charcoal should not exceed 3 kg.
