A single pair of ribbed grinding rollers quickly and efficiently chops the product, with virtually no loss. It is ideal for small bakeries, mini-bakeries, pastry shops, and spice production. The rollers are made of durable Delrin polymer. Removable scrapers are located at the bottom to prevent the rollers from sticking. A smooth adjustment mechanism for the gap between the rollers is provided by a convenient handle. The machine can adjust the required fraction size incrementally by 0.3 mm each. This crushing technology guarantees a minimal amount of "flour" in the finished product. A finer fraction is achieved by re-crushing the product after its first pass through the crushing rollers.
