    The KL-40 starch trap is used to separate starch particles from wastewater and is installed under the sink. Made of stainless steel, the under-sink starch trap is indispensable in the food service industry: cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets, canteen kitchens, and various sinks. This trap minimizes space requirements and facilitates obtaining permits from various administrative agencies, all while minimizing investment in separating starch from wastewater and discharging it into the city sewer system.
