The under-sink grease trap SZh 0.5-0.04F Optima is designed for use in small cafes, restaurants, kitchens and supermarket cutting rooms. Sealed plastic case. The pipes are welded to the body. Can be used without a siphon. Rubber seal and latches on the lid. Equipment:

1. Cast body 2. Lid Ø 50 (Ø110) 3. Inlet pipe 4. Outlet pipe 5. Sealing rubber 6. Metal latches 7. Ventilation pipe 8. Fat collection area 9. Sludge collection area 10. Elbow on the inlet pipe Models with the letter "F" are equipped with mounts for filter bags. These models come with 5 filter bags (1 pre-installed + 4 spare) One filter bag is designed for use for up to 2 weeks, depending on the amount of fatty waste. The use of filter bags in models with the letter "F" does not exclude the possibility of using this grease trap in normal mode, when fat and the sediment is simply scooped out mechanically. Filter bags are available for purchase separately. The price for a pack of 4 filter bags can be found here .
