It features convenient and easy-to-use electronic controls for increased reliability and ease of use. It also features a high-precision thermostat to maintain the ice cream's temperature at the cylinder outlet. The housing, pre-cooling tank, and cylinder are made of stainless steel, making cleaning and surface treatment quick and easy. After being poured into a pre-cooling container, the prepared mixture is forced into the cylinder by gravity. A motor, via a gearbox, rotates the auger at the required angular velocity, entraining the mixture and air, which enters the mixing cylinder through a special tube. A special wear-resistant coating on the auger scrapes frozen mixture from the cylinder walls with each revolution of the shaft. The mixture whips and acquires a creamy consistency, indicating that the product is ready to use. The soft-serve ice cream production system is ready for operation (the time it takes for the mixture to solidify in the cylinder) in 10-20 minutes. The finished ice cream is dispensed through a dispensing valve with a lever and is given the desired shape by the seller through simple circular movements.
