Description. Silanos E1000 Dome-Type Dishwasher
The Silanos E1000 hood-type dishwasher is designed for washing deep and shallow plates, glasses, and cutlery in canteens, restaurants, and cafes, and can handle a volume of up to 540 containers per hour. 2 washing cycles with a capacity of 540/360 plates per hour, 1080/720 glasses per hour. The body, boiler, wash bath and sleeves are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Double insulation of the machine dome reduces energy costs, noise levels and heat generation. Easily disassembles for cleaning. Double filter for hygiene and ease of maintenance. Equipped with a drainage system. The dishes to be washed are placed in a special rectangular cassette. Washing is carried out using detergent at a water temperature of 55C, rinsing is carried out using rinse aid at a water temperature of 85C. ...
