Description. Apach ARC100 Tunnel Dishwasher
The Apach ARC100 cassette-type tunnel dishwasher with an electronic control panel is ideal for equipping medium- and large-scale catering facilities (cafes, restaurants, canteens). The machine is characterized by high productivity: from 50 to 100 cassettes per hour (1,800 plates per hour), and has 2 conveyor speeds. Designed for washing any type of dishware: glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and trays (cassette size 500x500 mm). The machine's double-walled body is made of high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel, while the seamless sink and weld-free interior guarantee superior performance. The machine boasts compact dimensions, efficient water, energy, and detergent consumption, and can be connected to both hot and cold water. The set includes three baskets and one cutlery insert. Optional installations include built-in detergent and rinse aid dispensers, an additional heating element (for connection to cold water), a drying module, a pre-cleaning table, and a clean table, including a roller table with a limit switch.
