The Sirman IS 8 X manual horizontal sausage stuffer is designed for stuffing sausages, both in small sausage production facilities and for home use. This model is professional equipment that will help you make any type of sausage in your kitchen.

Thanks to the manual mode, you can calculate the filling of the casing with minced meat with millimetre accuracy and cook according to your own preferences. The body and cylinder of the syringe are made of food grade stainless steel AISI 304. Food grade nylon plunger with air release valve. Gearbox made of galvanized steel. Gear transmission made of ground and hardened steel. The transmission passes through 4 sealed bearings. Double speed gear system. Attachments made of white food grade nylon. Fixing clamp. Options: - Stainless steel toothed rack.
