Production table KV SV-4 with shelf is an integral part of the production process in any kitchen. The table's working surface is made of certified AISI 201 stainless steel (similar to AISI 304). Design variant SV-4 is: frame – stainless steel; shelf – stainless steel. The functional benefits of production tables include the following: resistance to chemical influences; resistance to temperature influences; ease of cleaning and disinfection; can withstand heavy weight; stability and security. Production tables are resistant to hot water, cleaning agents, handling fresh produce, and regular cutting of raw meat and fish. Only stainless steel furniture is permitted for use in the food industry; other materials are not permitted. Saving money on a stainless steel production table is highly undesirable. Tables made of cheap materials are more susceptible to deformation, metal corrosion, food stains, and dents, and are less wear-resistant. The first thing to be placed in the kitchen is the technological equipment (stoves, ovens, combi-steamers). This equipment must be designed to meet the correct cooking flow, followed by the neutral equipment, which may have non-standard dimensions.
