Description. AK Profi-430 production table, 1500x600 mm, without shelf
The AK Profi-430 production table without a shelf is designed to create the best conditions for chefs and keep the food preparation area clean. For maximum functionality and efficient maintenance, stainless steel production tables are a good choice. The functional benefits of production tables include the following: resistance to chemical influences; resistance to temperature influences; ease of cleaning and disinfection; can withstand heavy weight; stability and safety; ease of tidying. Production tables are resistant to hot water, cleaning agents, handling fresh produce, and regular cutting of raw meat and fish. Only stainless steel furniture is permitted for use in the food industry; other materials are not permitted. Saving money on a stainless steel production table is highly undesirable. Tables made of cheap materials are more susceptible to deformation, metal corrosion, food stains, and dents, and are less wear-resistant. The first thing to be placed in the kitchen is the technological equipment (stoves, ovens, combi-steamers). This equipment must be designed to meet the correct cooking flow, followed by the neutral equipment, which may have non-standard dimensions. Taking these factors into account, we can offer tables of various sizes to suit your needs. Currently, we offer products made from AISI 430 and AISI 304 steel grades. Tables of "PROF" design: The tabletop is made of AISI 304 or AISI 430 stainless steel and reinforced with double chipboard under a metal sheet. A stainless steel pipe crossbar (the upper connecting bar between the legs) also sits beneath the tabletop for reinforcement. The frame is made of 30x30 AISI 430 stainless steel pipe. For structural rigidity, a stainless steel frame is installed between the side and rear legs, 150 mm above the floor. The adjustable PVC leg can be adjusted up to 40 mm.
