Description. Prefabricated table 1400x700 profi-304 with shelf
The Profi-304 prefabricated industrial table with one lower shelf is designed for kitchen areas in restaurants, cafes, canteens, nightclubs, and other food service establishments. This design can significantly increase chef productivity. Prefabricated industrial tables are identical in appearance, strength, and performance to welded, traditional industrial tables. However, their design allows the components that take up a lot of space in traditional tables to be delivered disassembled and assembled on-site. Assembly takes no more than a few dozen minutes and can be accomplished by a low-level technician. When folded, the table is an average of 150 mm high, with the same width and length as a welded table. This reduces the product's volume by more than five times for transportation. Shipping companies calculate the cost of such products based on volume. Consequently, even with a light table, shipping costs for industrial tables can be substantial. Shipping costs can sometimes amount to half or even the entire cost of the product itself. This prefabricated solution allows for significant savings on shipping costs. The functional advantages of production tables include the following: assembly structure resistance to chemical influences; resistance to temperature influences; ease of cleaning and disinfection; can withstand heavy weight; stability and safety; ease of tidying. Production tables are resistant to hot water, cleaning agents, handling fresh produce, and regular cutting of raw meat and fish. Only stainless steel furniture is permitted for use in the food industry; other materials are not permitted. Saving money on a stainless steel production table is highly undesirable. Tables made of cheap materials are more susceptible to deformation, metal corrosion, food stains, and dents, and are less wear-resistant. The first thing to be placed in the kitchen is the technological equipment (stoves, ovens, combi-steamers). This equipment must be designed to meet the correct cooking flow, followed by the neutral equipment, which may have non-standard dimensions. Taking these factors into account, we can offer tables of various sizes to suit your needs. Currently, we offer products made from AISI 430 and AISI 304 steel grades. Tables of "PROF" design: The tabletop is made of AISI 304 or AISI 430 stainless steel and reinforced with double chipboard under a metal sheet. A stainless steel pipe crossbar (the upper connecting bar between the legs) also sits beneath the tabletop for reinforcement. The frame is made of 30x30 AISI 430 stainless steel pipe. For structural rigidity, a stainless steel frame is installed between the side and rear legs, 150 mm above the floor. The adjustable PVC leg can be adjusted up to 40 mm. The most reliable products are made of stainless steel, but please note that these are also divided into cheaper products made of technical grade AISI 430 stainless steel and more expensive products made of food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. The price difference will be approximately 15-30%.
