The KV island exhaust hood with filters is designed to maintain safe and comfortable work conditions in professional kitchens of restaurants, canteens, and cafes. The need for a high-quality ventilation system in a professional kitchen stems from sanitary and occupational safety regulations. Kitchens are subject to the long-term operation of various heating equipment, evaporating moisture and grease. Prolonged exposure to poorly ventilated areas with abundant fumes negatively impacts the health and productivity of staff. In the vast majority of cases, natural ventilation is insufficient; even an open window or service door does not solve the air quality problem in a professional kitchen. To maintain high-quality air in a professional kitchen, forced-air ventilation systems, such as exhaust hoods, are essential. KV exhaust hoods solve the following problems: cleanliness of the premises in which they are installed; prevent smoke; minimize the appearance of condensation on the walls; eliminate odors in the kitchen area that could spread beyond the kitchen itself; eliminate the risk of fire; Thanks to filters, oil and fat do not settle on the exhaust system during cooking, are easy to repair, clean, and do not clog the air duct.
