The KitchenAid multicooker is designed for frying, stewing, boiling, slow-cooking at low temperatures (like a Russian stove), steaming, baking, and roasting. You can cook rice, pilaf, and porridge, create a variety of soups and stews, and roast meat and poultry. It can handle even the most delicate recipes, such as spaghetti sauce, paella, and risotto. There's even a special setting for making homemade yogurt. Precise temperature control/uniform heating from 75°C to 230°C Sear meat at high heat to keep it juicy and flavorful, and use a 35°C setting to make yogurt. The cooking timer is designed for 12 hours, and the keep warm mode can work for up to 24 hours, which is very convenient if you are preparing dishes that need to simmer for a long time. Intuitive control thanks to a digital display with a timer, thermometer, and prompts for all modes in Russian. The cooking pot is coated with a durable, scratch-resistant, non-stick ceramic coating called CeramaShield, which is completely safe and does not contain PFOA or PTFE. The heat-resistant glass lid and cooking container have special drainage holes. If you're boiling vegetables or pasta, simply twist the lid slightly to drain off any excess liquid.
