Features of HPC Research composite gas cylinders: The only composite cylinders in Ukraine with gas permeability of the gas-carrying liner (cylinder) comparable to a metal cylinder (no more than 5 grams/year versus 130 grams/year for other composite cylinders with a capacity of 24 liters)
The only composite cylinders in Ukraine with a solid woven liner, without welded seams or soldered joints
The only composite cylinders in Ukraine with a replaceable casing that can be replaced directly at the customer's site, without the use of special equipment.
The only composite cylinders in Ukraine with an environmentally friendly PET liner
The only cylinders on the Ukrainian market manufactured in a European certified, state-of-the-art facility and approved for sale in EU countries.
HPC Research gas cylinders have European ISO and TÜV certificates, comply with Directive 2010/35/EU and ADR/RID standards, and are also certified in Ukraine in accordance with technical regulations and Ukrainian legislation.
Areas of use: 1. In everyday life – stoves, grills, ovens, heaters, etc.
2. In construction – special equipment
3. In tourism and camping
4. In heating and energy – autonomous group gas cylinder installations
The design and manufacturing technology of the composite gas cylinder ensures that it is explosion-proof under any circumstances, including fire, overheating, impact, refilling, and so on. The polymer-composite woven base of the cylinder is manufactured in such a way that even if the cylinder is directly exposed to fire, the polymer melts and forms small pores through which gas escapes, preventing the cylinder from exploding. Furthermore, the overpressure relief valve, installed on the cylinder valve, opens immediately when the critical pressure inside the cylinder exceeds 35 atmospheres and releases excess gas, preventing the cylinder from exploding.
With an HPC Research composite gas cylinder, you can easily take advantage of all the benefits of using liquefied propane-butane and…
…Feel completely safe! Today, when electricity prices are rapidly rising, the use of inexpensive industrial propane-butane gas is more relevant than ever!
The highest quality of
HPC Research gas cylinders is your European comfort and safety!
Please note! HPC Research 24.5L composite gas cylinders are supplied with two types of valves: a G.4 (Shell) valve for a Ukrainian pressure reducer (article 9247 LPGC24G1); and a G.12 (KLF) valve for a European pressure reducer (article 9248 LPGC24G1).
The cylinder is filled with compressed air! According to the instructions, before filling the cylinder, open the valve fully for 30 seconds to release the air. After this, fill the cylinder and it's ready for use.
