The LT1 PETROS sealing device from the Polish brand Metro-Plast is designed for packaging various food products and ready-made meals in disposable trays. This device is suitable for many types of trays and is characterized by reliability and durability of welding. The device is made entirely of stainless steel and is resistant to mechanical impact. The electronic control panel with touch screen allows you to select the welding temperature. The peculiarity of this model is a very short welding period – 0.5-1 second. If necessary, the matrix can be quickly replaced. The holders and cutting knives in the device are reinforced and can withstand high pressure. Trays of various sizes and shapes up to 227 x 178 mm can be packaged simultaneously. For example, the machine can seal AP-75 3 MCS bags for toasted sandwiches; seal 3 MCS TR-170/500 bags for salads or deli items; or seal two MCS M500 or M350 soup bowls. The pressure system in the device is manual. This welding device is used for disposable packaging made of different materials – PP, APET, PET, C-PET, PAPIER. The delivery does not include matrices, each costing the equivalent of 100 euros. - Maximum film width 200 mm.
