Description. Berg PCS400C/A pulse bag welder with cutter, aluminum body
The Berg PCS400C/A pulse bag welder with a cutter and aluminum housing is used for packaging products in various types of film: polyethylene, polypropylene, PET, laminated paper in stores, supermarkets, and small businesses.
The body is made of aluminum.
Seam width: 3mm.
Welding duration: 0.5-1.5 sec.
Voltage 220V.
Power: 0.6 kW.
The length of the welded strip is 400 mm.
Side cutter.
Dimensions (length x width x height): 550x85x180mm.
Weight: 5.2 kg.
The side cutter makes a straight cut at a greater distance from the edge of the bag and ensures that bags have smooth, aesthetically pleasing edges. It is also necessary when welding film in rolls.
On the side of the pressure lever there is a movable knife that cuts the film 15 mm from the weld seam.
The film is welded by a small electrical impulse that is sent to the heating element when the upper lever is lowered.
The manual cutting bag sealer has a stable heating temperature, the sealing degree for different types and thicknesses of films can be increased or decreased by adjusting the pulse duration.
The main consumption of electricity occurs during the short welding period, which makes the device economical.
Safe to operate thanks to reliable insulation of all conductors in the housing with epoxy resin and additional plastic protection.
How to use a manual pulse welder?
Set the welding time (for thin film it is better to start with the shortest one).
Place the bag on the bottom surface of the welder.
Lower the lever and wait until welding is complete (the signal lamp will go out).
Wait a few seconds for the seam to cool.
Make a cutter according to the width of the package.
Lift the handle and pull out the sealed package.
