Description. GoodFood SM25 horizontal mincer
The GoodFood SM25 horizontal mincer is used for mixing minced meat with spices and other ingredients.
The container and screw blades are made of stainless steel.

The bowl returns to 90 degrees to unload the minced meat.

Operation
1. Place the minced meat mixer on a stable surface, connect it to a power source, press the power button to start the engine, let the machine idle, make sure that the rotation of the rotor matches the direction of the arrow on the gear cover, check the drive system to make sure it is reliable.
2. Grease the bowl and kneading element with vegetable oil to prevent the minced meat from sticking.
3. Begin mixing after ensuring the machine is ready for use. To prevent the minced meat from spilling on the floor, close the lid before starting the machine. Once the ingredients in the minced meat have been pre-mixed, you can lift the bowl's protective lid for better control of the mixing process, as well as to prevent pressure on the machine and the bowl from becoming deformed.
4. Mix the ingredients for 3-8 minutes. Then turn off the power, remove the centering pin, and rotate the bowl at a 90° angle. Reinsert the centering pin and turn the power switch to check the machine while the mince is being unloaded. If the mince is very thick, automatic unloading will not be possible. In this case, stop the machine and remove the mince manually.
5. Clean and maintain the machine after use. It is not recommended to add water to the bowl. Allow any remaining minced meat to dry, then brush off any dry residue. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth.
