    Description. Cone rounder AS1 Sottoriva

    The AS1 dough rounder is designed for working with soft, mixed dough. Dough rounding occurs between the cone and the concave wall of the Teflon-coated spiral, resulting in round dough pieces. Each machine is equipped with two flour sprinkling devices, adjustable to fully close. This dough rounder can be used with any volumetric dough divider. The machine is equipped with wheels and a locking mechanism. The structure is made of galvanized steel and aluminum. Electromechanical control panel The cone is driven by a belt drive. The cone is made of aluminum and has notches to facilitate the movement of the workpiece. The gutter has a Teflon coating Blower device and flour sprinkler at the outlet. Single speed motor.
