    The Chef Pizza Inox cheese grater is designed for grating different types of cheese (it is recommended to use cheese chilled to a temperature of 0 to +4C) for pizza. Three types of cutting: cubes, spaghetti, and, from a product cooled to 4˚C, crumbs. The working discs in the cheese grater have a 30˚ angle, which ensures high cutting precision. Productivity: 120-300 kg/h. The motor speed is 280 rpm. The loading opening is 65 x 90 mm and 240 mm deep. Removable disks are not included. The cheese grater is made of high-strength polished stainless steel, and its discs are made of food-grade carbide aluminum. In addition to the standard disc set, the CHEF PIZZA INOX can be equipped with additional discs. Importantly, the manufacturer offers two versions of the cheese grater: one with 220V or 380V power supply. Its compact size, high performance, and ease of use make the CHEF PIZZA INOX cheese grater indispensable in modern pizzerias.
