    The Turkish-made Bosfor UEK-01 bread slicer with 28 blades can slice 500 loaves per hour. It is used in catering establishments and bakeries. The cutting thickness is 15 mm (can be changed at the factory to suit the customer’s size).

    Empero bread slicers cut bread without crumbling thanks to two parallel blades. The machine's weight prevents vibration-induced movement. The blades can be easily replaced without calling a service technician. All parts that come into contact with the bread are made entirely of stainless steel. The safety lock is located on the handle. Power: 0.37 kW. Voltage: 220V. Dimensions: 720x770x1090cm. Weight: 130 kg.
