In October, a new facility opened with a production line and equipment from our own production!
We're pleased that more and more food service chains are expressing their trust in us by purchasing our technological and support equipment. A month ago, we successfully completed a project to equip the kitchen of one of the "Idalnya Shkvarochka" cafes. The cafe is located at 20 Yaroslaviv Val Street in Kyiv. Our convenient location allows any potential customer to stop by and "evaluate" our work. The director is happy to offer this opportunity to anyone interested. The cafe is divided into the ground floor (which has been open for several years) and the basement cafe, which houses our equipment.
Of course, the original approach to the café's vintage-style design is worth noting, which also permeates the line we created, giving it a distinctive look. Nevertheless, you can easily appreciate the functionality and appeal of our equipment while gaining a wealth of useful ideas for your establishment.
The photo below shows the self-service counter. On the left side of the counter is a cold appetizer counter for four standard 1/1 GN containers, equipped with containers of varying sizes and depths. A glass front is also added, distinguishing it from the standard counter (the standard configuration includes a stainless steel shelf, lighting, and guides). On the right side is a custom-made bain-marie for one and two dishes, designed to hold five standard 1/1 GN containers, equipped with containers of varying sizes and depths. All items are made of food-grade stainless steel.
The kitchen of this establishment is equipped with an electric industrial stove of our own production, dryers, sinks, and other types of neutral equipment.
The establishment is open seven days a week, so we invite you to visit us and appreciate our work, while also trying one of the delicious dishes we prepare.
