Description. 2-course chafing dish for 8 gastronorm containers Kiy-V M 2B-2P-1115
Food service lines, which provide a quick, varied, and delicious meal for large crowds, have gained popularity due to their high quality, affordable price, modular design, and the versatility of their components. The offered options feature a modern design, the ability to be supplied in any configuration, and the widest selection of line components. Each module can be configured according to the customer's wishes. All line components are made of food-grade stainless steel. The bain-marie operates on the principle of a steam bath. Under the gas containers is a tub into which water is supplied. The bain-marie design includes a water supply and sewer connection for draining and rinsing the bain-marie. This is convenient because you don't need to fill the tub with a bucket of water, wasting time and effort. On the control panel, after water is supplied to the bath, the required temperature of the product is set, after which the water is heated and the steam warms the containers with the products. This heating system is especially convenient because it prevents side dishes from burning or overheating. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat located on the back of the bain-marie. The number and size of gastronorm containers can be customized. The bain-marie is made of stainless steel. The bain-marie comes with a stainless steel shelf with lighting and guides. A glass front is optional. For service personnel, the interior compartments can be equipped with sliding doors.
