It is most widely used in pizzerias for storing pizza toppings. The display case can be used as an add-on to a refrigerated counter for short-term storage of toppings. Depending on the display case's length, it can be equipped with 5 or 10 1/4 GN gastronorm containers with a depth of 100 mm.
