The Frosty THV 38-2000 topping display case (straight glass) is a near-perfect choice for pizzerias and is designed for short-term storage and display of pre-chilled products (salads, appetizers, side dishes) in stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, and sushi bars. It is most widely used in pizzerias for storing pizza toppings. The display case can be used as an add-on to a refrigerated counter for short-term storage of toppings. Depending on the display case's length, it can be equipped with 5 or 10 1/3 GN gastronorm containers with a depth of 100 mm.
