The Sirman DIPA 45K dispenser is designed for packaging food products (fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and frozen foods) in convenient and attractive packaging. Products packaged with this equipment are protected from harmful influences and are easy to transport. A hot table device for packaging with 400 mm wide food stretch film, a 385 x 125 mm hot surface, an external roll, and a heated knife. The device consists of a housing with two horizontal surfaces, a heated knife for cutting the film, and a roll holder with a braking device. The heated bottom panel is thermostatically controlled. The products to be packaged (bread, plates, trays, etc.) are wrapped on an unheated upper work table in PVC stretch film, which is cut with a hot knife and instantly shrinks onto the hot surface, tightly enveloping the product. To prevent the film from sticking to the knife, the knife is protected with a special Teflon coating (it doesn't emit smoke). The body is stainless steel.
