The cabinet is designed for storing products used for preparing meals and semi-finished products in packaging.
The cabinet is made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and easy maintenance. An automatic defrost system removes snow and frost. It also includes a control panel. The cabinet features dynamic cooling: fans circulate cool air throughout the cabinet, maintaining a uniform temperature on all shelves.
There is automatic lighting inside when the door is open.
The cabinet has two doors, which allows it to accommodate a large volume of products.
The cabinet has 28 levels for decks, so it is possible to change the height and number of decks.
Eco-friendly, HCFC-free polyurethane insulation saves energy, creates a moisture barrier, and is environmentally friendly. The included magnetic seal, part of the door hardware, ensures a tight, airtight closure. It's easily removable, making it easy to clean and maintain, and is wear-resistant.
The thickness of the walls (80 mm) will provide additional tightness.
This allows for the placement of 56 600x400 cooling decks for baked goods. Alternatively, it can accommodate 28 600x800 cooling decks or baking boxes.
