The Brillis BN8-P-R290 refrigerated cabinet is a professional piece of equipment used in workshop kitchens, warehouses, or canteen kitchens, restaurants, bars, cafes, and catering establishments.
The cabinet is designed for storing products used for preparing meals and semi-finished products in packaging.

An automatic defrost system removes snow and frost. A control panel is also included for easy operation. HCFC-free polyurethane insulation saves energy, creates a moisture barrier, and is environmentally friendly. A magnetic seal is part of the door hardware that ensures a tight, airtight seal. It is easily removable, making it easy to clean and maintain, and is wear-resistant. The 85mm wall thickness provides additional sealing.
This cabinet features the ability to accommodate 28 dough boxes and 600x400-size dough boards in two rows, or 14 600x800-size dough boards. Stable operation is ensured at ambient temperatures up to +32°C and 50% humidity.
