Description. Frosty S900CG Saladette Refrigerated Table
The Frosty S900CG refrigerated table is used in cafes, bars, and restaurants for preparing pizza. The dough pieces are stored and fermented inside the table, the crust is prepared and the filling is placed on the granite countertop, and the filling itself is stored in a refrigerated display case. A refrigerated counter can be used as a standalone piece of refrigeration equipment or integrated into a complete production line for temporary storage and processing of food, desserts, and cocktails. It can be installed in restaurants, cafes, bars, large businesses, production facilities, and more. The undeniable advantage of a refrigerated counter is that it can simultaneously serve two functions: as a table and a refrigerator. This, in turn, significantly saves counter space in the kitchen. The body of the refrigerated table is made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 0.8 mm. The table's concave bottom features a drain hole for easy sanitization. Uniform cooling of the interior, regardless of how much the chamber is filled, is ensured by an air cooler through an air duct. This refrigerated table features automatic evaporator defrost and condensate evaporation. Both doors are equipped with a soft-close mechanism and magnetic seal....
