The Berg THS903 salad stand is used to store and display salads, pizza ingredients and sauces.
The base is a refrigerated table, and on the tabletop there is a salad bar.
The built-in cutting board allows you to remove food from the refrigerator, cut it, and place it in food containers, speeding up the cooking process.
Can be equipped with different sets of gastronorm containers (not included).
The electronic controller allows you to precisely adjust the temperature.
Thanks to good thermal insulation, the saladette retains cold well and consumes little energy.
The refrigeration unit is located at the bottom.
The internal and external surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Removable filter and pull-out compressor make maintenance easy.
