Musica is a coffee machine with a volumetric dispenser, available in two versions: pour-over or with direct connection to the water supply.
The Musica's body, made entirely of stainless steel and framed in a coloured (black, fuchsia) or illuminated frame, makes this coffee machine a stunning addition to any interior.
A 2-liter boiler (made of copper and thermally insulated) provides high steam output for frothing milk for cappuccino. A pressure gauge monitors the pump and boiler pressure, and a pressure switch allows for adjusting the pressure. A built-in vibration pump with bypass allows for control of the water pressure.
Thermocompensating groups and an electric pre-brew system guarantee perfect extraction in every cup. The portafilter, as in other professional Nuova Simonelli coffee machines, is designed with the natural hand position in mind: it easily inserts and removes from the group, meeting ergonomic requirements.
The Musica coffee machine is ideal for small cafes with a daily consumption of around 70 cups. The pour-over version is ideal for outdoor cafes, which typically lack running water.
