Description. Caramelizer 2175EX Mark 5 Gold Medal
The caramelizer is designed for processing ready-made popcorn with liquid caramel mixture or mixing popcorn with flavor additives. The device is made of stainless steel, has a left handle for unloading finished products and is installed on the 2424 base. A new direction for the Ukrainian market is the production of caramel popcorn. Caramelization or coating is impossible without professional equipment, caramelizers or coaters, which are supplied by the Gold Medal company (USA), as well as without concentrated mixtures of the “caramel mix” series, which are presented by the same American companies. Flavorings—cherry, piña colada, grape, strawberry, blackberry, orange, etc.—give caramelized popcorn its rich color, flavor, and aroma. These flavorings are layered on top of the basic base. Caramelizers can be small concessionary with a capacity of up to 11 kg/h, medium with a capacity of up to 20 kg/h and large. Medium and large caramelizers are installed in utility rooms, as are large popcorn machines, and finished products are displayed in display cases.
