The CF 5010 floor-standing dough sheeter has compact dimensions. When not in use (with the conveyors raised), it measures just 650 mm in length and 730 mm in height. Joystick control controls the direction of travel. The roller gap is adjusted mechanically using a lever. The rollers have a durable chrome coating and are protected by a stainless steel grill to prevent injury.
