The Sirman aluminum pizza peel, 36x36cm, 120cm long, perforated, with a seat, is used for preparing medium and large pizzas and other dough items in electric, gas, deep wood-fired ovens, or ovens with raised worktops. The immersion paddle is made of lightweight anodized aluminum and is used to place pizza in and out of the oven. The holes in the paddle allow excess flour to drain away, preventing it from burning and creating an unpleasant flavor. Steam can escape through the holes, creating a crispier pizza crust.
