The Roller Grill RDN 60T refrigerated pastry display case (available in gold, silver, or anthracite) is an excellent choice for those looking for reliable operation, an elegant appearance, and high-quality display materials. Panoramic views, high-quality stainless steel, and roof lighting present your culinary masterpieces and drinks at their best. The dynamic ventilated cooling system evenly distributes cold, adjustable from -5 to -18°C, for optimal food storage. Testing was conducted at an ambient temperature of +39°C. Ideal cooling is ensured by an evaporator located at the top of the display case, making this display case unique compared to traditional models. An automatic defrost function with an electronic thermostat is included. The RD60T model features a carousel with five rotating round shelves with a diameter of 470 mm, including a mirrored bottom shelf. Opening the door shuts off the refrigeration and stops the rotation. The Roller Grill RDN 60T refrigerated pastry display case includes double-glazed windows for complete insulation, an electronic thermostat, dual caster wheels with brakes, and a magnetic lock.
