Cancan is a Turkish manufacturer of kitchen equipment, founded in 2000.

The company manufactures juicers, potato slicers, and presses. In its short time on the market, the company has achieved remarkable results in the production of high-quality electromechanical kitchen equipment. Its products are designed for use in catering kitchens.
These juicers are vertical presses with a cone with holes in the center. A piece of orange, lemon, or other citrus fruit is placed on the cone, and a pressing device is used to squeeze out every last drop of juice. The amount of pulp, or the complete absence of it, can be controlled by adjusting the force applied to the fruit in the juicer. The sophisticated top press technology extracts 30% more juice than other juicers. Stainless steel is used for parts that come into contact with the product.
The company's potato slicers have a 9x9 mm cut. The use of cast aluminum makes the slicers easy and durable to use.
