Angelo Po is an Italian manufacturer of restaurant equipment, founded by Angelo Po in 1922.
He produced two stoves called La Americana and La Carpigiana, which differed in that they could use both wood and coal as fuel. The technology used in these stoves allowed for much greater savings on coal and wood. The stove's multiple, separate components allowed for both cooking and heating. Later, La Americana stoves were improved, allowing for the use of sawdust and peat as fuel.
The company has a fairly diverse product range: combi-steamers and convection ovens, grills (lava stone, grill-pans), deep fryers, boilers, gas and electric stoves, pasta cookers, bain-maries, frying pans, vacuum packaging machines, slicers, potato peelers, cutters, planetary mixers, refrigerated tables, refrigerated cabinets, saladettes (salad counters), blast chillers/freezers, salad bars, serving lines, dessert cabinets, buffet equipment, 4-burner induction stoves, 4-zone electric stoves, smoking chambers, 4-burner infrared stoves, dishwashers, frying surfaces, dishwashers, etc.
