OR 130 is a vending machine selling freshly squeezed orange juice.
The machine offers maximum autonomy, and all fresh juice preparation processes are carried out without human intervention. The software allows for control of all parameters, such as beverage temperature, juice volume in the cup, and many others. Self-cleaning, financial statistics, and other features are also programmable. Another feature of the controller is continuous self-diagnostics, ensuring consistently fresh juice.

The large window on the front panel allows for easy monitoring of the cooking process. The unit is designed for installation in public spaces such as offices, shopping centers, educational institutions, sports facilities, train stations, and elsewhere. The OR 130 meets the growing demand for healthy products and therefore guarantees high profit margins.

The Oranfresh OR 130 features the most efficient and convenient juice preparation system available on the vending market today. Thanks to the patented extraction system, which has long been successfully used in OranFresh home juicers, it produces excellent juice, without the bitterness of peel oils or excess pulp. This automatic juicer is quite productive – approximately 21 oranges per minute!
The fruit drawer is refrigerated, keeping the oranges fresh. The temperature can be set between 4 and 10°C for storing oranges.
The cup dispenser dispenses cups with a 70 mm top diameter and a 200 ml capacity. The machine can be equipped with a 73 mm and 78 mm cup holder.
The machine's refrigeration unit uses environmentally friendly R410-a refrigerant and has sufficient power to maintain the machine's internal temperature in the range of 4-10 °C (the temperature is adjusted using the control panel).

Squeezing system

The Oranfresh squeezing mechanism is a unique development of AAT, protected by numerous international patents.

1. Oranges are fed into the squeezing unit along an inclined guide
2. A vertical knife cuts the orange into two parts.
3. The orange halves fall into the juicing drum.
4. Fresh juice flows into the glass through the internal cavity of the juicing drum, the squeezed peel falls into the waste bin.

Freshly squeezed juice is guaranteed to be free of essential oils, any impurities or contaminants.
