Description. CustomCool CCF1400N Freezer

The CustomCool CCF1400N 2-door freezer is professional equipment used in restaurants, bars, cafes and catering establishments. The cabinet is designed for long-term storage of pre-frozen food products used for preparing meals and semi-finished products in packaging. This model features dynamic cooling – cold air is mixed by a fan for quick and even cooling of bottles and cans of drinks throughout the entire cabinet. Operates in temperatures ranging from -18 to -22°C (at an ambient temperature of +40°C and air humidity of 65%). The evaporator is equipped with automatic defrost heating elements. The doors are equipped with a self-closing mechanism, a door perimeter heater, a system that shuts off the evaporator fan when the door is open, and a lock. The thickness of the insulation walls is 67 mm. Shelves made of hot-dip galvanized steel with a powder coating meet all sanitary and epidemiological requirements and are designed to support a load of up to 40 kg. The distance between shelves is easily adjusted. The unit's top location facilitates maintenance and protects it from contamination, while the distribution of cold air flow from top to bottom ensures uniform cooling of products on all shelves of the refrigerator. The operating temperature in the internal volume and the defrosting process are automatically controlled by the electronic control unit; at an ambient temperature of 32˚C, it reaches the maximum operating temperature in 1 hour....
