Description. Corn cooker trolley TK
Our corn cooker cart is a specially designed, ready-to-use solution for preparing and selling boiled corn on the cob or kernels on the street, in shopping centers, on embankments, in parks, and anywhere with a high flow of potential customers. There's hardly anyone who doesn't like boiled corn; it's a favorite treat for all children. This is due to the combination of excellent taste and the nutritional value of corn kernels. Corn contains starch, protein, sugar, fat, ascorbic acid, vitamins, and minerals, yet the energy value per 100 grams is only 97 calories. The trolley has a built-in steamer, which cooks the product using steam. When using frozen grain, it is defrosted and reheated in the steamer. The steamer's working chamber has two compartments, allowing you to cook the product in one and store the finished product in the other. The trolley's tabletop has slots for installing gastronorm containers. The frame is made of painted steel. The vendor side of the corn cooker cart features a 300-liter compartment with a door for consumables (sticks, napkins, bags) and other necessary items. An additional 180-liter compartment is located on the side. Gastronorm containers are designed to hold salt, seasonings, napkins, and toothpicks. A separate gastronorm container is used to hold cooked corn and sprinkle it with salt and spices. The cart easily transforms into a mobile stand for making popcorn, hot dogs or cotton candy....
