Description. Chest with blind lid Ross 500 l. VHT-N-L-G-500
Competitive advantages of Ross chests:
Filling the chest body and lids with polyurethane foam in high-pressure formwork provides effective insulation without requiring additional compressor runtime or increasing energy consumption. This insulation also increases the rigidity of the chest body and eliminates welding during assembly, which can be a potential source of corrosion. In the event of a power outage or chest failure, effective insulation will maintain a low temperature inside the chest chamber for 24 hours with the lid firmly in place.
- opening the lids of freezer chests upwards prevents warm air from entering the box, which helps maintain an optimal temperature regime with much lower energy costs;
- blind chest lids are equipped with magnetic rubber for better sealing;
- The outer and inner casings of the chests are made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating. Galvanized steel offers greater corrosion and wear resistance, as well as resistance to impact loads during operation, compared to standard painted steel;
- a mechanical thermostat controls the refrigeration circuit, turning the compressor on or off when preset temperature values are reached within the entire cooled volume;
- a remote forced-air cooling condenser prevents the walls of the chest from heating up, ensures greater stability and efficiency of the chest operation at high temperatures, and therefore increases the service life;
- reinforced hinges and handles can withstand intensive, long-term use;
- for safe operation of the chests, they are connected to the power grid through a two-pole socket with a grounding contact or permanently through a junction box with a wire with three cores, one of which must be yellow-green for grounding;
- uninterrupted operation at ambient temperatures up to +32 °C;
- manufacturer's warranty - 3 years.
