The Brillis BMN155-R290 refrigerated pizza counter combines multiple functions and is ideal for small pizzerias, cafes, restaurants, and other food service establishments. This unit combines a counter, a refrigerated cabinet, and a display case for storing pizza ingredients.
The body is made of stainless steel, and the legs, which can be used to adjust the height of the equipment, are also made of stainless steel.
The work surface material is marble.
The table uses dynamic cooling, meaning fans circulate cold air inside the refrigerated chambers, distributing the temperature evenly throughout the chamber. When the door is opened more than 90°, it remains open thanks to a soft-close mechanism, and when opened less than 90°, it closes automatically. The rubber seal is removable for cleaning.
The table is equipped with an electronic control panel. It automatically defrosts and evaporates liquid. The evaporator is located in the center of the refrigerator compartment, ensuring that the cold is distributed evenly and quickly throughout the entire compartment.
The equipment is equipped with shelves measuring 600x400, so dough boxes can easily fit in.
