    Description. Bartscher 5900 2ER Tabletop Heated Display Case

    The two-level heated display case is designed for displaying and keeping prepared dishes warm. The interior lighting of the display case is arranged using 4 lamps placed under the cover of the display case, in its upper part. The back wall of the display case is mirrored. The device is equipped with 2 thermostats to protect against overheating.

    The right temperature control adjusts the heating element above the intermediate shelf. This is where the heating element keeps the cookware warm from above. The display case is designed in such a way that the heating element of the intermediate shelf can only be used when the heating element of the lower surface of the display is turned on. The left temperature controller controls the heating element in the lower surface of the placement, and at the same time the heating element that heats the surface being placed from above. The heating element simultaneously heats the intermediate shelf with its outgoing heat.
