SPAR Mixers proudly announces our line of heavy-duty planetary mixers. SPAR Duty Series mixers are equipped with standard microswitches that automatically close the mixer when the guard is opened or the bowl is lowered. This protects the operator from injury and the owner from liability. All SPAR mixers feature thermal overload protection, which immediately shuts off the motor in the event of overload, preventing costly damage to engine or transmission components. SPAR heavy-duty mixers are coated with durable, abrasion-resistant, non-toxic enamel paint.
SPAR mixers offer excellent performance, including good dispersion, producing uniformly sized air bubbles evenly distributed throughout the dough in a relatively short time. The blade (whisk) speed ranges from 90 to 358 rpm. Thanks to the complex movement of the beater (with a higher frequency around its own axis and a lower frequency around the bowl axis), the mixing of the dough with flour and other ingredients is rapid, preventing the dough from becoming too dense.
