In the commercial market, in addition to traditional lever and semi-automatic machines, some electronic, some with volumetric dosing, and other reliable models were introduced. The last of these, a fully automatic modular machine, allows espresso and cappuccino coffee to be prepared in a few seconds, eliminating all manual control. The same principles also apply to domestic machines, which include a wide range of models allowing the preparation of excellent coffee at home. The leaders in domestic machines, Europiccola and Professional, represent the coordination of elegance, quality and reliability; Manufactured since 1961, these machines will never go out of style; Professional exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. On January 29, 1999, La Pavoni obtained the 9001 UNI EN ISO (number 9130 PAV2) and IQ Net - registration number IT-8070, issued by the competent certification institutes and conformity with the ISO 9001:2000 standards on November 14, 2003.
