Bras is an Italian manufacturer of kitchen equipment, founded in 1969.

The company's core product line includes granita makers and juice coolers, which can perform multiple functions: freezing, cooling, and displaying beverages.
Juice coolers feature removable, transparent containers with their own temperature controls. Each juice cooler also comes with a condenser for cooling and a sealed compressor.
Granita makers are designed to create a thick, cool mixture made from yogurt, juices, and concentrates. Their purpose is to freeze the beverage to a specific consistency. A special cylinder with rotating augers is used for freezing. The cylinder is used for freezing, and the augers prevent ice from forming.
